Information We May Collect
When you visit our website
You are free to explore our website without providing any Personal Information about yourself – this is defined as information that makes you personally identifiable. Should you wish to be contacted by us, you may fill in and submit a form on our Contact page, which includes Personal Information such as your Full Name, Email Address and Phone Number.
When Entering a Sales Transaction
We define a Sales Transaction as any period of time in which you are actively engaged with us in such a way that could lead to us providing you with an Installation or Other Service (i.e. Heat Pump Maintenance). We enter into a Sales Transaction once a Customer contacts us with an express interest in one of our Services, which leads to Initial Consultations, Quotations, Installations etc. We consider a Customer to have left a Sales Transaction once their requested Service or Installation has been completed, or if they choose not to progress for any reason.
During the period of a Sales Transaction, we will collect more information regarding you the Customer, your requested Installation or Service, and your Property. We might collect information such as your Property Address, Type of Property, Alternative Contact Information, Technical Information etc. Should any Payment or Transactions take place, we will also create a record of the Payment and Transaction history associated with any Sales Transactions.
